About Me

I still remember the first baby-blue point-and-shoot camera my parents gave me for Christmas when I was about ten years old. I walked around the yard, fascinated by the macro setting. At one point, I found a dead bee on the patio and was struck by how intricate it looked on that tiny screen — beautiful, delicate, and a little frightening all at once.

I never lost that fascination with photography. Over the years, my subject matter has shifted many times, but each change has given me another way to build, refine, and better understand my craft. That curiosity is probably why this website feels a little eclectic.

Right now, my work is still evolving, but I often find myself drawn back to the studio. It has become a place of solace, focus, and refinement. Photography continues to make me happy, and I know the practice of it will always bring me joy.
